THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 87- 95
being a by-law to amend By-law 82-184 entitled
-a by-law to regulate the handling and collection
of garbage~ rubbish~ ashes and other waste materials
within the limits of the Municipal Collection areas
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle"
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section 4.(b)(ii) to By-law 82-184 is hereby deleted in its
entirety and the following new section substituted therefor:
"4. (b)(ii) From Food Dispensing Establishments as follows:
For all food dispensing establishments not otherwise
provided for, not more than twice (2) per week.1I
2. THAT Section 4.(b)(iii) to By-law 82-184 is hereby deleted in its
entirety and the following new section substituted therefor:
114.(b)(Iif) From Comercial and Industrial Premises as follows:
Not more than twice (2) per week.
3. THAT Schedule II!II to By-law 82-184 is hereby deleted in its entirety
and a new Schedule IIAII as attached hereto as Schedule IIX" substituted
therefor~'
4. THAT Schedule IIXII attached hereto shall form part of this by-law.
5. This by-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.

Boundaries of Garbage Collection Services:
Former Town of Bowmanville
North limi t
ConcessiOn[j Road 3 (Darlington) from the intersection of Regional
Road 57 and Scugog Road on the west limit, to Soper Creek on the
east limit (south side only);
East limi t
Soper Creek from Concession Road 3 south to Highway 2. East
on Highway 2 (both sides) to Lambs Road. South on Lambs Road
(west side only) to Highway 401. East on Highway 401 to
Bennett Road. South on Bennett Road (west side only) to the
Canadian National Rail Line.
West limi t
Regional Road 57 (east side only) from Concession Road 3
south to Highway 2. Highway 2 (south side only) west to
Green Road. Green Road (both sides) south from Highway 2 to
Highway 401. Highway 401 to Bowmanville Creek south to West
Beach Road. West Beach Road (both sides) to Lake Ontario.
South limit
Lake Ontario from West Beach Road to the easterly limit of
East Beach Road and north to the CNR rail line. CNR rail
line east to Benentt Road.
