CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 87 - 73
being a by-law to amend Schedule IIAII of By-Law 86 - 124
outlining the terms and conditions of the Appointment
of Mr. Lawrence E. Kotseff as the Chief Administrative
Officer for the Town of Newcastle
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 2 of Schedule "A" to By-Law 86 - 124 be amended by
adding the following:
All
IIwhich shall include his appointment as Acting Clerk in
accordance with Section 77(3) of the Municipal Act,

By-Law read a first and second time this 13th day of April 1987
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of April 1987
