THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 87 - 55
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a Public Highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Jones Avenue, Newtonville)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREaF AS FOLLOWS:
The said lands hereby established as a Public Highway are described as
follows:
1. ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate. lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, in
the Regional Municipality of Durham, formerly Part of Lot 8,
Concession 1. former Township of Clarke, now in the Town of
Newcastle, more particularly described as Part 6 on Reference
Plan 10R-2205. registered in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on April 2, 1986, as
Instrument Number 131556.
By-law read a first and second time this 23rd day of March 1987
By-law read a thi rd time and finally passed this 23rd day of March 1987
