THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 87- 193
being a by-law to authorize the conveyance
of Parts 1 and 2, Plan 10R-1781 (Part Lot 57,
B.F.C., Smart Street, East Beach, Bowmanville)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and Seal
with the Corporation Seal, a deed in favour of Pamela Aide in
respect of the conveyance of Parts 1 and 2, Plan 10R-1781,
described municipally as Bart of Lot 57, B.F.C., Smart Street,
East Beach, former Town of Bowmanville, now in the Town of
Newcastle.
