being a by-law to repeal by-law 86-44,
entitled I'a by-law to appoint a Director
of Public Works"
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 86-44 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby
repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 14th day of September 1987
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of September 1987
