THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 87-144
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Old Scugog Road, Lot 15, Cone. 3, Darlington)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following lands are hereby established as a Public Highway known as
Old Scugog Road in the former Township of Darlington, now in the Town of
Newcastle.
The said lands hereby established as a Public Highway are described as
follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or
tracts of land and premises, situate lying
and being in the Town of Newcastle, in the
Regional Municipality of Durham, formerly
parts of Lot 15, Concession 3, former
Township of Darlington, now within the
limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional
Municipality of Durham, more particularly
described as Blocks 13, 14 and 17, on
Registered Plan 10M-780, deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on July
22nd 1986, and entered in the Register
for Parcel Plan - 1, Section 10M-780.
By-law read a first and second time this 14th day of September 1987
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of September 1987

under Section 78 of the Land Titles Act to have the register for the said parcel amended by entering The
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle By-law Number 87-144 and by entering The Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle as owner.
