BY-LAW 87- 141
being a By-law to aIOOnd By-law 84-116
entitled "a By-law to raise rrx::>ney to
aid in the construction of drainage works
under the Tile Drainage Act, 1971.' I
WHEREAS the Cbuncil of the Cbrporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
advisable to aIOOnd By-law 84-116 of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle;
NCMT 1HEREFORE BE IT RFSOLVED 'lliAT the Cbuncil of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. That Paragraph 2 of By-law 84-116 is hereby aIOOnded by deleting
the nuniJer "6Q" fran the fifth line and replacing SaIOO with the
nuni:ler "75."
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.
