BY-LAW 87- 103
being a by-law to establish a review and
inspection fee for the field review and
inspection of tile drainage works.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
considers it desireable to establish a review and inspection fee for
the field review and inspection of tile drainage works for the
purpose of providing funds to offset the costs of the review and
inspection of tile drainage works
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED as a by-law for the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle as follows:
1. A review and inspection fee be established for the review and
inspection of tile drainage works in the Town of Newcastle.
2. That the approval fee be set at one hundred dollars ($100.00).
3. That said fee be deposited into the Reserve Fund entitled
Engineering & Inspection Contributions.
4. That said fees be collected as they relate to review and
inspection of tile drainage loan applications submitted after
June 1, 1987.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of May, 1987.
By-law read a third and final time this 25th day of May, 1987.
