THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUM~EK 87- 1
being a l:$y-1aw to designate a certain portion of a Registered Plan as not
being subject to Part Lot Control.
WHEREA~the Council of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to
exempt, from Part Lot Control, Lots 37, 38 & 39, 64 to 76, 79 to 100
'(inclusive), 'and Lots 101 to 103 (incluSive) 1" Plan 10M-787, registered
"
at the Land Registry Uffice for the Land Registry Division of Newcastle
(NO. lU) on November 7, 1986;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. That Subsection (5) of Section 49 of the Planning Act shall not apply
to those lands described in Schedule IIAII to this by-law.
2. This by-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the
Kegional Municipality of Durham, and thereafter Subsection (5) of
Section 49 shall cease to apply to the lands described in Schedule
"A" hereto.
3. Schedule lIA" attached hereto shall form part of this by-law.
