CORPORATION OF THE 'KWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 89-88
being a by-law to appoint a By-law Enforcement
Officer for the purpose of Animal Control
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
has enacted a By-law No. 78-41 entitled "being a by-law to provide for
the licensing and registration of dogs and for regulating the rurming at
large of dogs"; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to appoint Laura Jean Gray as a By-law
Enforcement Officer by by-law for the sole purpose of enforcing the An:i1nal
Control By-law as mentioned;
NaN THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'IavN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACI'S AS FOr..u::wS:
1. That Laura Jean Gray is hereby appointed By-law Enforcement
Officer for the purpose of enforcing the Animal Control
By-law within the 'Ibwn of Newcastle.
