BY-LAW NO. 89-87
being a by-law' to appoint a By-law Enforcerrent
Officer for the purpose of Animal Control
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
has enacted a By-law No. 78-41 entitled "being a by-law to provide for
the licensing and registration of dogs and for regulating the running at
large of dogs"; and
WHEREAS it is desirable' to appoint Rotert Cameron Gordon as a By-law
Enforcement Officer by by-law for the sole purpose of enforcing the Animal
Control By-law as mentioned;
NOO THEREFORE THE COUN:IL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'I'CMN OF NEWCASTIE
HEREBY ENAC'IS AS FO:LI.CMS:
1. That Robert Cameron Gordon is hereby appointed By-law Enforcerrent
Officer for the purpose of enforcing the Animal Control By-law
within the Town of New:::astle.
