CORPORATICN OF THE TCWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 89-86
being a by-law to appoint a By-law Enforcement
Officer for the purpose of Parking Cbntrol
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
has enacted a By-law No. 79-1 entitled "being a by-law to regulate the
parking, standing, stopping on highways or parts of highways under the
jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and on private
and municipal property"; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to appoint Shirley Diane Fulton as a By-law
Enforcement Officer by by-law for the sole purpose of enforcing the
;parking By-law so mentioned, pursuant to Section 68 of the Police Act
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 351 and shall be a peace officer for the purpose of
enforcing the Parking By-law;
NCM THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATICN OF THE Ta\IN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACI'S AS FOI...LCMS:
1. That Shirley Diane Fulton is hereby appointed By-law Enforcement
Officer for the purpose of enforcing the Parking By-law No.. 79-1.
