BY-lAW NO. 89-83
being a By-law to appoint a Property Starrlards
Officer
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Ne\\Castle
has enacted By-law No. 82-63 entitled "being a by-law to prescribe
standards for the maintenance and occupancy of property within the 'Ibwn
of Ne\\Castle", pursuant to the provisions of Section 36 of The Plarming
Act; and
WHEREAS Section 4.1 of By-law Number 82-63 requires that the 'Ibwn of
Ne'VIiCastle enact a By-law appointing a Property St.arrlards Officer;
NCM THEREFORE THE mUNCIL OF THE mRPORATION OF THE 'IaVN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLC:WS:
1. The person appointed by the Council of the Corporation of the
'lbwn of Ne'VliCastle fran time to time as the Senior By-law
Enforcement Officer, pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario
Police Act, Section 68 R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 351, is hereby
appointed to act as the Property Standards Officer.
2. The person appointed by the Corporation of the Town. of Ne'VIiCastle
fran time to time as the Senior By-law Enforcement Officer is hereby
appointed to act as the Seni.or J:lroperty StandarcisOfficer.
