BY-LAW NO. 89-82
being a by-law to appoint a Municipal Law
Enforcerrent Officer
WHEREAS Section 68 of the Police Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 351, authorizes
the Council of any mmicipality to appoint one or more mmicipal law
enforcenent officers who shall be peace officers for the purpose of
enforcing the by-laws of the IlUlnicipalitYi arrl
WHEREAS it is desirable to appoint Mr. Leonard IX:>nald Creamer as Municipal
Law Enforcement Officer by by-law for the purposes of enforcing the By-laws
of the Town of Ne\\Castlei

HEREBY ENACI'S AS FO:LI..QVS:
1. That Leonard IX:>nald Creamer is hereby appointed Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer for the purpose of exercising all the
powers arrl perfonning all the duties of a municipal law
enforcement officer in the enforcement of the By-laws of the
'Ibwn of Newcastle.
