Sale between the Town of Newcastle and the landowner
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and
THE COUOCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'I'CMN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENAcrS AS FOLLOOS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
and seal with the Corporation's Seal, an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale between the Corporation and the landowner,
with respect to the acquisition of approx. 3.67 acres of land
being Part Lot 9, Concession 7, former Township of Darlington,
now in the Town of Newcastle.
By-Law read a first and second time this 8th day of May, 1989
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of May, 1989
