WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the 'lbwn of Newcastle deems it
advisable to amend By-law 74-72, as amended by by-law 87-40.
NCM TlIImEFORE THE COtJNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TCMN OF NEH::AS'l'LE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLCJfS:
1. THAT Tariff RA" to By-law 74-72, as amended by By-law 87-40, is hereby
further amended by deleting Tariff "A:" therefrom, and substituting the
attached Tariff "A" therefor.
2. THAT By-law 87-40 shall be repealed effective June 5. 1989.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on June 6, 1989.
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of May 1989.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of May 1989.
