BY-LAW 89-70
being a by-law to authorize the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle to enter into an
Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Veltri
& Son Limited
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TONN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOI.l:.G1S:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute, under
the Corporate Seal of the Corporation of the TOwn of
Newcastle, an Agreement in the form annexed hereto as
Schedule "A".
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day of April 1989
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of April 1989
