THE CORPORATION OF THE TOON OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89- 66
being a by-law to stop up and close and to authorize the
sale of the unopened road allowances, descr ibed as part
of unnamed streets in Part of Lot 9, Concession 1,
former 'Ibwnship of Darlington, according to Hutcheson Plan.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle deems it
desirable to pass this by-law:
AND WHERFJ.\S notice of intention of the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of
Newcastle to pass the said by-law in accordance with the requirements of
Section 301, Chapter 302 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, was published in
the Canadian Statesman on March 22nd, March 29th, April 5th and April 12th, 1989,
AND WHEREAS notice of the intention of Council to pass this by-law was sent by
Registered Mail to the Regional Municipality of Durham on the 20th day of
March 1989, and the Regional Municipality of Durham granted approval to the
proposed by-law by letter dated the 3rd day of Apri I 1989.
NCM THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOON OF NEWCASTLE AS FOLLCMS:
1. parts of the unopened road allowance being the unnamed streets in Lot 9,
Concession 1, former 'Ibwnship of Darlington, now in the 'Ibwn of Newcastle,
hereinafter described, are hereby stopped up and closed;
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate,
lying and being in the 'Ibwn of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham,
Province of Ontario and being composed of the unopened road allowances
described as part of unnamed streets in part of Lot 9, Concession 1, former
'Ibwnship of Darlington, according to Hutcheson Plan, more specifically
described as parts 3 and 4 of plan 10R-3l86, deposited in the Land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No.IO) on January 25, 1989.
2. ALL THOSE PORTIONS of the unopened road allowances hereinbefore described
shall be conveyed by the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle.
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day ofApri I , 1989.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of April, 1989.

Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (Ne.lO) on January 25, 1989.
2. ALL THOSE PORTIONS of the unopened road allowances hereinbefore described
shall be oonveyed by the Corporation of the 'lbwn of Newcastle.
