THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89- 44
being a by-law to appoint an Acting Chief
Building Official and Building Inspectors
pursuant to the Building Code Act.
THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
1. The person shown on Schedule "A" to this by-law is hereby appointed
as an Acting Chief Building Official for the Town of Newcastle.
2. The Clerk of the Town of Newcastle shall issue a certificate of appointment
bearing his signature or facsimile thereof to the Acting Chief Building
Official appointed by the Town Council.
