BEING A BY-LAW 'ID APPOINT A TREASURER
THE COUOCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'ImN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENAcrS AS FOLI..CMS:
1. THAT Marie A. Marano is hereby appointed Treasurer of the
Town of Newcastle, effective 8:30 a.m., February 28th 1989;
2. THAT the said appointment be in accordance with the terms
and conditions set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
By-Law read a first and second time this 27th day of February 1989

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPOIN'IMENT OF MARIE A. MARANO AS THE
TREASURER FOR THE 'I'CMN OF NEWCASTLE
The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of
Marie A. Marano as the Treasurer of the Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective 8:30 a.m. on February 28 1989, Marie A. Marano
shall commence her employment as the Treasurer of the Corporation
of the TOwn of Newcastle~
2. The duties and responsibilities of the Treasurer shall be in accordance
with By-Law 81 - 87 as may be amended from time to time, and other
similar duties as may be assigned from time to time~
3. Marie A. Marano shall be remunerated at Level 17, Step 8 of the
Salary Administration Program of the Town for non-affiliated staff, subject
to any adjustments approved by Council~
4. Marie A. Marano shall be entitled to all other employee benefits
for non-affiliated staff as may be determined from time to time.
