THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89-222
being a by-law to amend By-law #88-187, a By-
law to establish the members of Council as
Chairmen of Departments and to establish the
Order of Proceedings at the General Purpose
and Administration Committee Meetings.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law #88-187 be amended by deleting Section 4 therefrom and
Substituting with the following:
4 . THAT the rotation established in Section 1 remain in
effect until November 30, 1990, unless sooner amended or
repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 27th day of November,
1989.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of
November 1989.
