HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-218 ", ," THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NUMBER 89-218 Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the Town of Newcastle as public highways in the Town of Newcastle. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: I. THAT the streets known as Courtice Court and Progress Drive described on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law, all being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use. II. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry Office to have the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown as the owner of the lands described on Schedule If A" attached.
