THE CORPORATION OF THE TCMN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89- 216
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 79-38, being a by-law
to designate certain streets with the Corporation of
the 'Ibwn of Newcastle as "ene-Way streets"
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle deems it
desirable to amend By-Law 79-38
NCM THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle enacts
as follows:
Schedule "AI to By-Law 79-38 is amended by adding Item #2.

This By-law shall come into force upon receIvIng the approval of the Regional
Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
By-Law read a first and second time this 27th day of November 1989.
By-Law read a third and finally passed on this 27th days of November 1989.
