THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89-21
being a by-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway in the
Town of Newcastle (Kingswood Drive,
Part Lot 35, Concession 2,
Darlington)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF
AS FOLLOWS:
The fOllowing land is hereby established as a Public Highway
known as Kingswood Drive in the former Township of
Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a pUblic Highway is
described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain
parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Newcastle in the
Regional Municipality of Durham and
being part of 'Block 23, Plan
10M-779 being Plan-1, Section
10M-779 designated as Part 10,
Reference Plan 10R-2526, deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division and Land Titles
Division of Newcastle (No. 10).
THAT By-law 88-121 be repealed.
