being a by-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway in the
Town of Newcastle (Kingswood Drive.
Part Lot 35. Concession 2.

BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF
AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway
known as Ringswood Drive in the tormer Township ot
Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a public Highway is
described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain
parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Newcastle, in the
Regional Municipality of Durham
being (formerly Part Lot 35.
Concession 2) being Part of Lots
"101,93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 on
Registrars' Compiled Plan No. 713
and more particularly designated as
follows:
Part 11. Plan 10R-2374 deposited on
November 7, 1986:
Parts 5 and 14, Plan 10R-2773
deposited December 1, 1987;
Parts 15, 16, 17, 18 and 35 on Plan
10R-2622 deposited on June 26,
1987;
Part 26 Plan 10R-2432 deposited on
JanUary 12, 1987.
THAT By-law 88-123 be repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 30th day of January 1989
By-law read a third time and
30th day of January 1989
