THE CORPORATION OF THE 'KMN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89-192
Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the TOwn of Newcastle as
public highways in the TOwn of Newcastle.
NCW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle
enacts as follows;
1. THAT the streets described in Begistered Plan lOM-784 (described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-taw) all
being in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Reg ional Municipality of Durham,
are hereby accepted by the Corp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle as
pUblic highways, and assumed by the said Cbrp:>ration for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry Office to
have the Corp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle shown as the owner of
the streets in Plan lOM-784.
