THE CORPORATION OF THE 'lXMN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89-191
being a By-Law to assume certain streets within Registered Plan IOM-778
as public highways in the 'Ibwn of Newcastle.
NCM THEREFORE, the COuncil of the COrporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan IOM-778 described in
Schedule I A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-Lawall being
in the 'Ibwn of Newcastle, in the Reg ional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the COrporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle as public
highways, and assumed by the said COrporation for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land registry Office to
have the COrporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle shown as the owner of
the streets on Plan IOM-778.
