BY-LAW NUMBER 89-l90
being a By-Law to assume certain streets within Registered Plan lOM-77l
as public highways in the Town of Newcastle.
NO'l THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Ne~astle
enacts as follows:
l. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan lOM-771 described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law, all being
in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public
highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land registry office to
have the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown as the owner of the
streets on plan IOM-771.

1989
