THE CORPORATION OF THE 'lOON OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUBMER 89-189
Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the TOwn of Newcastle as
public highways in the TOwn of Newcastle.
NOO THEREFORE, the COuncil of the corp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle
enacts as follows;
1. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan lOM-786 (described in
schedule "An attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law) all
being in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
are hereby accepted by the COrp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle as
public highways, and assumed by the said COrporation for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry Office to
have the corp:>ration of the TOwn of Newcastle shown as the owner of
the streets in Plan lOM-786.

1989
BY-LAW read a seq>nd time this 30th day of October 1989
BY-LAW read a third and finally passed this 30tlday of October
1989.
