THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89- 174
being a By-law respecting the appointment of Plumbing Inspectors.
WHEREAS subsection l(a) of Section 46 of the Ontario Water Resources Act
R.S.O., 1980 Chapter 361, empowers Council to pass certain by-laws
respecting the appointing of Plumbing Inspectors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
TOwn of Newcastle enacts as follows:
The persons listed on Schedule "A" to this By-law
are hereby appointed as Plumbing Inspectors for
the TOwn of Newcastle.
This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.
