THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89_164
being a By-law to repeal Interim Control By-law 88-197
WHEREAS the COuncil of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
no longer necessary to impose an interim control by-law for the Bowmanville
Urban Area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-law 88-197 is hereby repealed.
2. This Repealing By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
hereof.
