THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89- 16
being a By-law to amend By-law 79-1, for the regulation of parking, standing
or stopping of motor vehicles on highways under the jurisdiction of the
COrporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said by-law to further regulate
the parking vehicles on the west side of Temperance street, between Church
street and King Street in Bowrnanville;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the COuncil of the COrporation of the
Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
L Schedule "A" (No parking - Former Town of Bowrnanville) is hereby
amended by adding thereto and under the corresponding column thereof, the
following:
Temperance Street, West side, from Church Street to a point
40 metres southerly
"No parking at Anytime"
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 30th day of January, 1989.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 30th day of January, 1989.
