THE CORPORATION OF THE 'IDWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89-153
being a By-Law to assume certain streets within Registered Plan lOM-769
as public highways in the TOwn of Newcastle.
NCM 'I'HEREFORE, the Council of the Cor:poration of the TOwn of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan lOM-769 (described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law) all being
in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the Cor:poration of the TOwn of Newcastle as public
highways, and assumed by the said Cor:poration for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land registry office to
have the Cor:poration of the TOwn of Newcastle shown as the owner of the
streets on Plan lOM-769.

Corporation of the Town of Newcastle By-law Number 89-153 and by entering The Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle as owner.
