THE CORPORATION OF THE 'I'CMN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89- 150
being a By-Law to assume certain streets within Registered Plan lOM-759
as public highways in the TOwn of Newcastle.
NCM THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the TOwn of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan lOM-759 (described in
Schedule "An attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law) all being
in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the CorfOration of the TOwn of Newcastle as public
highways, and assumed by the said CorfOration for public use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land registry office to
have the CorfOration of the TOwn of Newcastle shown as the owner of the
streets on Plan IOM-759.
