THE CORPORATION OF THE 'f(}.ffl OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89-146
Being a By-Law to authorize the entering into of a Construction ~
Maintenance Agreement between Carholme Investments Limited,
Esquire Developnents Limited and O:::eanfront Developnents Limited,
and the Coq:oration of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle.
The Council of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:
l. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorize to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the 'Ibwn of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corp;:>ration's seal, an Agreement between Carholme
Investments Limited, Esquire Developnent Limited and O::eanfront
Developnents Limited, and the said Corporation dated on day
of 1989, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "Aft
and forming a part of this by-law.

BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11 th day of
September 1289,
