THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NE.WCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 89- J-33
being a By-law of the Corporation of the TOwn of Newcastle to amend By-law
88-132.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the TOwn of Newcastle deems it
necessary to extend the effective period of By-law 88-132, being an Interim
Control By-law for the Area generally bounded by Darlington Generating Station,
Darlington provincial park, Highway No. 401, and Lake Ontario;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the TOwn of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law 88-132 be amended by deleting the date "July 25, 1989" from
paragraph 4, Line 2 and inserting thereto the date "JUly 25, 1990".
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.
