CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89 - 12
being a by-law to appoint an Acting Treasurer in
accordance with section 79(3) of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Mrs. Marie Marano be appointed as Acting Treasurer in accordance with Section
79(3) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980.
