THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 89- 10
being a by-law to authorize execution of an
agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right
of Ontatjo represented by the Minister of
Transportation and Communications for the
Province of Ontario (Construction of a storm
sewer and storm sewer outlet to drain the
Newhaven Estates Subdivision King's Highway #2)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal with
the Corporation Seal, an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in
Right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of
Transportation for the Province of Ontario, and the said
Municipal Corporation, dated the day of
1 :in the form attached hereto as Schedule (IA".
2. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January 1989
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of January 1989
