THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 86-91
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement for the supply
and delivery of Computer Hardware with M.A.I. Canada Limited, and an
agreement for the supply and delivery of Computer Software with Richter
and Associates
(COMPUTER SYSTEMS)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and Seal
with the Corporation Seal, an agreement between M.A.I. Canada
Limited and the said Corporation for the purchase of computer
hardware, a copy of which is attached as Schedule "A";
2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and Seal with
the Corporation Seal, an agreement between Richter and Associates
and the said Corporation for the supply and delivery of computer
software, a copy of which is attached as Schedule "B".
