BY-LAW 86 - 89
Being a by-law to amend By-law 75-23 being
a by-law to designate certain Highways
within the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle as IIThrough Highwaysll.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 75-23
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule H to By-law 75-23 is amended under Item No.
as follows:
Column 1
Highway
Column 2

Concession Street
The north east limit of
Wellington Street to the
west limit of Elgin Street.
The north limit of
Concession Street to the
south limit of Fourth

2. This by-law shall come into force upon receiving the approval
of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
