THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 86-77
being a by-law to authorize execution of
an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen
in the Right of Ontario as represented by
the Minister of Housing with respect to
the Low Rise Rehabilitation Program.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation's
Seal, an agreement between the Minister of Housing
and the said Corporation, with respect to the
Low Rise Rehabilitation Program.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 9th day of June, 1986.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
June, 1986.
