BY -LAW 86- 72
being a by....law to amend By-law 79-75 "being
a by-law to authorize speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Town of Newcastlell
as amended
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule liB Part I to By-law 79-75 as amended, is further
amended by delet ng the following reference:
COLUMN I
COLUMN II
COLUMN III
1. Concession Road 3
(Road Allowance
between Concessions
2 & 3)
Regional Road 55
Road Allowance
between Lots 20
& 21
and substituting the following new Section 1 therefore:
1. Concession Road 3
Nash Road (Road
Allowance between
Concessions 2 & 3
Regional Road 34
Road Allowance
between Lots 20/21
Holt Road
By-law read a first and second time this 26th day of May 1986.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of May 1986.
