HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-39 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY -LAW NUMBER 86- 39 being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the Cor'por'ati on of the Town of Newcastl e, WHEREAS the Council of the Cor'por'ati on of the Town of Newcastl e deems it advisable to amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the Cor'por'ation of the Town of Newcastle. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Cor'por'ati on of the Town of Newcastle, enacts as follows: 1. Section 12.4, IISpecial Exceptions - Ur'ban Residential Type One (R1)1I zone is her'eby amended by adding ther'eto, the following new IISpecial Exception 12.4.1711 as follows: "12.4.17 URBAN RESIDENTIAL EXCEPTION (R1-17) ZONE Notwithstanding Section 12.2, those lands zoned "Rl-1711 on the schedules to this by-law shall be subject to the following zone r'egulation: a) Lot Ar'ea {minimum} 2100 squar'e metr'es II 2. Schedule "4" to By-law 84-63, as amended, is her'eby further' amended by changing to I(Rl-l7}" the zone designation of the lands indicated as IIZone Change to Rl-17" as indicated on the attached Schedule IIX" her~to. 3. Schedule "X" attached her'eto shall for'm par't of this by-law. 4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing he,'eof, subject to the pr'ovisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
