THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 86-17
being a by-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle to
appoint a Deputy Treasurer
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Marie Marano is hereby appointed Deputy-Treasurer of the
Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council, effective
February 10 1986;
2. That Marie Marano shall be paid for her services such sum annually
in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in
Schedule IIAII attached hereto.
By-Law read a first time this 27th day of January 1986.
By-Law read a second time this 27th day of January 1986.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of January 1986.

SCHEDULE IIAII TO BY-LAW 86-17
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF MARIE MARANO, DEPUTY TREASURER
The following are the terms and conditions of employment of
Marie Marano as Deputy Treasurer of the Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective February 10 1986, Mrs. Marie Marano shall commence
employment with the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as
Deputy Treasurer.
2. The duties and responsibilities of tae Deputy-Treasurer are those
established by by-law 4 - 86, as may be amended from time to time.
3. Mrs. Marie Marano shall be remunerated in accordance with the
Town's policy in respect of the compensation for non-affiliated
staff and more speci fica 11y sha 11 be paid from February 10 1986
at Step 1 level of Salary Grade 13.
4. Mrs. Marie Marano shall be entitled to all other employee
benefits enjoyed by all other non-affiliated staff as may be
determined from time to time.
