THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 86 - 162
being a by-law to amend By-law 75-23 being
a by-law to designate certain highways with-
in the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
as "Through Highways".
WHEREAS the Counci I of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 75-23;
NOW THEREFORE the Counci I of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS, as fol lows:
1. Schedule 'A' to By-law 75-23 is amended under Schedule 'H',
Item 6 and 40, as fol lows:
