THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 86 - 132
being a by-law to authorize execution of an amending
agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the
Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister
of Government Services
(Holding Cells, Police and Fire Building)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
.
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal
with the Corporation Seal, an Agreement with Her Majesty The
Queen in Right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by
the Minister of Government Services for the Province of Ontario
and the Corporation dated the day of
which Agreement is attached hereto and marked Schedule "All.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 14th day of October 1986
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of
October 1986
