BY-LAW 86-13
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
being a by-law to establish the IIApple" as
the official logo of the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle desire
to formally establish the Apple as the logo for the Town of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the IILogolI shall be designed and coloured in accordance
with the following specifications:
(a) BaCkground (field) White
(b) Apple - Red
(c) The word "Newcastle" MedilJll Green

3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect immediately
upon final passing by Council.
By-law read a first and second time this 27th day of
Janua ry
1986.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of January 1986.
