being a by-law to repeal By-Law 83 - 164 of the Town of Newcastle
entitled lIa by-law of the Town of Newcastle to appoint a Platoon Chiefll
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That By-Law 83 - 164 appointing David Gregg Corden as Platoon Chief
for the Town of Newcastle is repealed effective from 4:30 p.m.,
August 22 1986.
By-law read a first and second time this 8th day of September 1986
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of September 1986
