BY-LAW 94- 93
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to regulate traffic on highways,
municipal and private property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1. Schedule XXVIII "BUS STOP ZONES" of By-law 91-58 is amended
by:
a) deleting the following reference:
Column 1
Hiqhway
Column 2
Side
Column 3
From
Column 4
To
King Street
North
Silver Street
15 m westerly
2. This By-law shall come into force on the date that it is
approved and when signs to the effect are removed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of June, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of June,
1994.
