TIlE CORPORATION OF TIlE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW94- 92
being a by-law to designate a certain portion of Registered Plan 40M-1761 'as not subject
to Part Lot Control.
WHEREAS the Council o( the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots 1 - 8 inclusive and Blocks 19 _ 21
inclusive on Plan 40M-1761 registered at the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Dvision of Durham (No. 40)"
NOW TIlEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT TIlE COUNCIL OF TIlE
CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Subsection (5) of Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those
lands described in paragraph 2 within this By-law.
2. TIlA T the By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham and thereafter Subsection (5) of Section 50 shall cease to
apply to the following lands:
i) Lots 1 to 8 inclusive on Plan 40M-1761
ii) Blocks 19 to 21 inclusive on Plan 40M-1761
By-Law,read a first time this 13th day of June 1994.
By-Law read a second time this 13th day of June 1994.
By-Law read a third and final time this 13th
day of June 1994
